Reservation and calendar
A reservation is obligatory.
If you are not sure yet if you want to book, then you can mark “Option”. We will then reserve the apartment for seven day for you, so you have one week to make a decision.
Before making a reservation, please check our always updated calendar.
In our calendar you will see if the desired apartment is available at your favored time span. The final day of a marked reservation usually can be booked since the prior guests check out and the apartment can be entered at 14:00 h. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage in the reception.
Please, make use our form to make a reservation, thereupon you will receive an email as confirmation!
In the confirmation you will find all data (arrival, departure, extras such as “baby equipment”, sum, etc.).
Booking terms and conditions
Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a prepayment. This payment shall be made by bank transfer to our account, the bank details will be provided when making your reservation. The deposit is 30% of the rent for the stay. As soon as we receive your payment we shall confirm this by sending you an e-mail.
Final payment
On the day of arrival, the payment of the balance is due, it can be paid in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation
The repayment of the deposit if cancellation is graded as follows:
