Up to six persons can accommodate in each of the colorfull apartments Dracaena.
The lodgings offer two bedrooms (two single beds and one single bed) but an additional bed can be provided on demand. In the living room is a studio couch suitable for two persons.
Altogether there are six apartments distributed on three floors in the building.
An elevator takes you to the roof terrace where you will find sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
On the ground floor is an office.
Here you can catch up on events and restaurants and ask for the laundry service. Towels, bed linen and dish clothes exist in all accommodations. The textiles are renewed every three days, the bed linen once per week.

In consideration of allergic persons and for hygienic reasons pets are not permitted in the apartments..
The dwellings (approx. 64 m²) all have two bedrooms (mattress size, each: 0,90 x 1,90 m), an open kitchen with studio couch and satellite TV as well as a spacious bathroom with shower.
Your suitcases and other items can be stored conveniently in the large built-in closets. The master bedrooms face the alley and are very calm. The balcony shows to the pedestrian zone and offers lovely sea views.
